Dave Black

David Black is a highly talented musician. Not only a fantastic pianist, Dave is quietly establishing himself as one of the finest saxophonists in the country. Educated at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, he studied with Joe Lovano, George Garzone and Phil Wilson.

Dave is currently active on the London scene performing with John Pierce, Alan Barnes, Clark Tracey, Steve Waterman, Steve Melling, Don Weller, Peter King and many others.

He has also performed with the orchestras of Nick Ross, Syd Lawrence, Len Phillips and took part in the "Biggest Big Band in the World" event in Ireland. Dave recently recorded an album with John Pearce, Paul Morgan and the late Martin Drew.
